There are fees for this loan process as like any other loan you apply for. Here are some of fees for this process, Application fee $220 or more depending on where the property is located, like which state. Some States we Do Not Lend to: AZ, CA, ID, MN, ND, NY, NC, NJ, NV, OR, SD, UT, VT. so it’s important to know property location. You will have title fees and Insurance fees. Along with a Broker fee which is determined by the amount of the loan. You have an Appraisal fee of $900 or more. Depending on who will be your Private Money Lender. The Private Loan Officer will process the Application fee. Then the Underwriter will draw up your Appraisal fee, which will be sent to you by email or phone call to pay the fee. There may be times when the Loan Officer or Underwriter may request more documents from you. This is normal, once all your documents are submitted and reviewed by the Underwriter. Then your complete file will move to their Legal officer. Which will be review and all assigned funds to a scheduled closing date for all clients. The Hud statement will be drafted and sent to you the investor for review. when all reviews are approved and signed. All funds will be wired to all accounts according to clients listed in the contract. You will have scheduled Drawers for your Contractor Bids as well. WC Private Funding LLC would like to Thank You!
